Unlucky Companies

By unlucky companies i mean the companies that have failed to hire me so far.
In this post i am gonna list out all the companies that did not meet my criteria s and why.

1 . VERNALIS SYSTEMS
            This was the only on-campus company brought by our old  PO. We and some of our friends did n know the value of the package offered by this company and decided to leave because it was announced TCS to come for on-campus in our college very soon. If we get selected in this company we wont be able to attend TCS. I was failed in the first step. Even some who have selected in first stage did n attend the further process.

2 . ATHENA HEALTH
            Off campus in Jerusalem college. I tried really hard for getting into this company because the starting salary was unbelievable 40,000 per month. Number of candidates have been chosen by our PO and i was among 43 of our college final years. Everyone who have attended failed in the first prcoess which was Programming round. Dont know why i failed i did my best actually. They gave us three C programs and asked us to compile it. I fully got two programs correct and the last one will run as expected but the logic was wrong.

3 . SYNC FUSION
            A direct walk-in, it was the first company i am attending after my college life ended. It was from the Opportunity column in The Hindu.  I was almost in, clearing 3 rounds which contained two aptitude which was really easy and one technical interview round. The final round was programming round where we were 5 among the 40 attended that day. Among us, 3 got selected. I was rejected because of my C# console application program which failed to run in its compiler.

4 . HCL Aspiring Minds
        I have mentioned about this in my earlier post, Through registration of aspiring minds attended the aptitude test in Saveetha engineering college. And the result was not announced as it was announced you will get your result if u pass.

5. CD AC
          This is a 'central government of India' owned Software company. Since  my friend Ramkumar s sister is working here we had the news about their openings and registered immediately. We wrote the test and it was  tough enough to realize how hard one still has to work for getting a job. As of our unexpectedness there were too much of turn outs for this exam. Nearly 4000 must have taken the exam in the same day.Later my name was not in their shortlisted candidates page..:(

6 . ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES
        Really was looking forward for this company. Studied little harder than i usually do for other companies. Exam was held in Sairam engineering college. Exam was very easy. By easy i mean it was fully puzzles and only 4 to 5 questions were from Aptitude so i was sure of clearing my first test. But later dont know what happened my name was not announced in the 40 shortlisted candidates out of 1070 attended. And yet three more batches were yet to happen which brings up to 3000 candidates.

I have started wondering still how many are there in this city jobless!!
