Deserving Embarrassment - Bloody Chennaites!

Sharing one incident that one of my friend witnessed.

My friend in case here is really a good guy. By which i mean - He follows traffic rules while riding a bike.

He,

Stops when there is red light

Waits until Green light flashes before moving on.

And he Drives only on roads where everyone is supposed to! (Weird isn't it)

One fine day, he was riding through Ascendas OMR. One must admit that, Its one well planned road with four lanes for Two wheeler and four wheeler and then there is this side pavement for people who prefer to walk. (You don't often see this in Chennai. Do you!)

Due to heavy traffic one brilliant biker jumps with his bike to the walk way and beats the traffic. (Smart. Eh!) It just took one smart guy to initiate this brilliant idea - All other bikers takes notice and follows him. (Vrroom Vrroom. Honk honk) Oh, i forgot to mention that, then they honk the hell out of people. They stare them like why the hell you people are not giving way. Excuse me mister its their lane to walk.

So my friend - being the good guy (Okay, Not good like Ambi good, but good), tries to block the route which people used to climb to the side walk and makes people to wait for the traffic to clear. That's when he realized this scene.

One foreign lady in her 40's rushed to the site 

-> Picked four big stones that were lying on sides 

-> Placed them rightly to block people from using walkway to ride bikes. 

People around were shocked and embarrassed as this occurred to no one. 

Traffic was yet to clear and just in another few minutes , another brilliant rider, overtook my friend and tried to clear the rocks in his bike with his front tire. (Idiot seriously trying to get to the side walk to beat the traffic). After failing to do so, he gets down from his bike -> Moves the rocks aside -> Gets back to him bike - > vrroommss to the side pavement like a boss (Moron i meant). 

What happens next is no surprise. All the other bikers chases him smartly (Idiotically i meant).

Foreign lady watching this, gave a look which exactly meant,

"What a bunch of idiots!"(or even worse)
